Return to Faith Ministries:
Where mental healthmeets faith
I spent thirteen years trying to get out from under mental illness. Nothing worked until I gave my life to Christ. This ministry exists to tell people still in that fight that there is a way back.
Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.
James 4:8Why this exists
When the mind breaks, faith can feel out of reach.
For thirteen years I lived with mental illness, and with the trauma and doubt that came with it. I tried every treatment I could find. I had long since given up hope that any of it would work.
Healing came from the one thing I had spent all those years avoiding: giving my life to Christ.
That is what this ministry is about. Not that faith replaces treatment, but that Jesus does not abandon anyone in their darkest moments, and there is always a way back.
